"My appointment was at 12, I called at 11:15 to say I'd be late and ask if i should just reschedule or if they were going to be free since I know Saturdays are busy. I dont mind rescheduling. They said no it'd be fine, I showed up at 12:30 as said. I knew I'd be waiting since I showed up late but 2pm came and there were still 3 women ahead of me. Idk why they overbook themselves. When I called they could've just said rescheduling was fine. I wouldve booked a different day instead of waiting 1.5 (probably 2 hours if I stayed) until they started."
"I had an appointment for a hair cut and color today. I am not sure what happened but Glady’s was really rude, and this is my first time visiting her salon. Her attitude was was awful with the discussion of how I wanted my hair done . After giving me the outrageous price, I decided to leave the salon. I’ll go somewhere else where customer service is top priority. This was a total turnoff. I DO NOT recommend this salon."
