"Susan did a terrible job on my nails. I had gone here prior and gotten my nails done by another tech and they did great, hence the return. However, after my horrible experience with her I will not be returning. She completely messed up the design I had asked for, made my cuticles bleed, and was extremely rude, do not get your nails done by her. I’ve also seen other reviews commenting on her poor service. Fortunately, I was able to get the design I wanted and better service elsewhere."

"I have never left a bad review before. But, this is my first. This was my first time at this salon, and I came in for an easy sns manicure. 1. Did not soak off product, burned my nail with the drill. I had old builder gel on my nail that needed to be removed. The tech took out her drill, and I thought she was going to sand off the glossy layer and then soak, but instead she drilled down all the product. I felt a painful spike of heat, and when I looked down my nail had a huge red spot from where she went way too deep. Nail salons pull this to get you out faster, it isn’t good for your nails, and often times is really painful. 2. Product on skin: the tech flooded my cuticles with product. This is really dangerous- getting acrylic on your skin can lead to contact dermatitis, which will affect you for your entire life. She got the powder acrylic all over my hand, and spread it around with lotion. The tips of my nails are bonded to the underside of my nail, and I had additional product bonded all over my hands. 3. Unsanitary: she used a dirty nail file board on me. It was extremely worn down, and stained with other product. This can lead to fungal infections. All nail techs should always use a new nail file when working with a new client. You should never let a nail tech use a dirty file on you. I was too shy to speak up, don’t be like me. 4. No dust collectors. I didn’t spot any dust collectors, which pull in the dust created from drilling down product on the nail. This dust is not healthy to breathe in, and can be another factor in getting contact dermatitis. 4. No one was wearing gloves. Overall, the practices here were super dangerous. I will not come again, and I think that they need to revise their safety procedures."

"Salon Overall: The good: The salon is clean, has a nice ambience , and they seat customers very quickly. They have a fanatic array of colors/shades and textures. The not so good: They seem to be big on upselling. This is my second time in and all 4 technicians that I’ve worked with have tried to upsell me. The prices are really not posted clearly. I have spent much more than I’ve intended both times I’ve been in. Today my SNS nails were $55 and my gel pedi was $75. $160 out the door after tip. Technicians: The Amazing: Emmy! What a gem! You guys, I just had the best pedicure I’ve ever had in my entire life with Emmy. She put in so much effort and work into my pedicure. I have a skin condition that causes a build up of dry skin. Nobody has ever been able to get all of the dead skin off of my feet until Emmy. She was patient and she didn’t try to rush. She understood that she had to put in extra work and she did it beautifully. She gave an epic massage, too. I will never go to anyone else other than Emmy. She is the reason I will be returning to this facility! The fair: Susan gave me a beautiful manicure. There was some and powder left to stain my nails and there was acrylic dust from filing the tips that was left underneath my nails. I got almond shape and I’m not convinced the tips are filed evenly. Overall, however, I have no major complaints. In a word though, Emmy! Emmy is everything!"

"It was my first time here . I arrived at 4:45 and I did not finish until 6:52. I only asked for an acrylic set only white polish, nothing fancy and no design. I was charged $65 plus tip not only was that overpriced. He did not do a very good job. Ihad a smudge and asked him to fix it. He only applied clear polish, and did not fix it. He left white polish around my fingers and leftover acrylic powder, dried on my fingertips. Overall, the nail salon was very clean and the rest of the staff seemed very nice. I called and asked if I could walk and then she said yes once I walked in I had to wait 15 minutes then I was seated. But then I sat in the chair for five minutes until someone came in assisted me."
