"If I could do a negative star I would this was the worst experience ever. I took my dil and my 2 grand babies to get a hair cut kids are 1and 2 well the 1 year old the lady gapped up her bangs to the point you can’t put them up. Now the oldest her hair was to be cut JUST to get her hair out her eyes and it’s still in them. I honestly was so mad I leave and tell my dil just pay she’s about to break down in tears being the babies first hair cut ONLY to find out 5 days later Cuts by Us gave themselves a $8 tip on top of the $32 hair cut after calling and talking to the manager I will never go back to the Tifton location and really came on here so no one is blind sided by the service. I know it’s just hair but geez the lady running the place didn’t have to be extremely rude to me when I asked her to take off the tip."

"One of the worst haircuts I've ever gotten. Just wanted a little off the top and a fade. Not only that, but super unprofessional staff. I sat down and 4 out of 5 barbers were available and just stared at me when I walked in."
"A horrible experience today. I have taken my son a couple of times to cut his hair, the people who attended him before were very kind. Today the person who was there treated him badly, in a bad mood and with a total lack of respect. I don't know why they advertise that they cut children if the staff is not qualified to give good care. I had to take my son to another place. I'm never going back."
