"If I could do a negative star I would this was the worst experience ever. I took my dil and my 2 grand babies to get a hair cut kids are 1and 2 well the 1 year old the lady gapped up her bangs to the point you can’t put them up. Now the oldest her hair was to be cut JUST to get her hair out her eyes and it’s still in them. I honestly was so mad I leave and tell my dil just pay she’s about to break down in tears being the babies first hair cut ONLY to find out 5 days later Cuts by Us gave themselves a $8 tip on top of the $32 hair cut after calling and talking to the manager I will never go back to the Tifton location and really came on here so no one is blind sided by the service. I know it’s just hair but geez the lady running the place didn’t have to be extremely rude to me when I asked her to take off the tip."
