"As I was sitting waiting my turn for my fill-in I was the only person waiting, in comes the opposite color of me wanting the same thing a fill-in, she sat for 2 seconds and they told her come sit and I’m still sitting waiting I just walked out. How rude."
"The absolute WORST service I’ve ever received. The peole are not welcoming at all, for someone traveling I hoped for more friendly people. But on to the service : The guy cut my toe nails to the quick, they hurt. Then he was so rough with the metal cuticle pusher I actually yelled out in pain. The gel nail polish is not in the lines of my nails so it’s on my skin. I’m waiting for it to just start peeling off. The sugar scrub is usually really nice but he was so rough that my skin just hurt and felt raw. My mom had her toes done and also a simple manicure with gel nails. The same issues for her. Shorter than necessary nails, horrible gel application. And unnecessarily rough. Glad we won’t ever have to worry about coming back here."
"First time in this nail salon - I went in for a pedicure and my nail tech was Kaylah! She was very sweet & thorough. Highly recommend asking for her whenever you go."
"Literally the worst pedicure of my life. The technician was on his phone the entire time and was stopping the pedicure to send texts and write notes. To top the whole thing off, there’s paint all over my toes. I drove an hour for a good pedicure; clearly, this is not the place to get it. Will not recommend or return."
"The man did pretty good. He used to much gel and did NOT make the gel polish cover my entire nail! But I like perfection. Can't get that everywhere. Over all it's a nice place"
