"One of the older women provided by pedicure and my manicure. She didn't talk to me, so sometimes i wasn't sure what she wanted me to do as far as where to place my feet. After catching on to her gestures and taps, things went better. The pedicure was great! The manicure not so much. The regular polish was obviously thick, but she continued to use it. I said okay, maybe she knows how to thin it out. She kept my hands in front of the fan over 20 minutes and still the polish was goopy/thick and malleable. In the picture, you can see the polish has many imperfections and is chipping. She day my nails less than 24 hours ago. I know they say they will try to fix a any problems within 48 hours, but not using thick polish should be standard practice. Lesson learned: I will not allow anyone to use thick polish on my nails again. She also left some hanging skin on the cuticles of my other hand."
