"I'll give 2 because the girl was friendly. And tried her best. But the nails are lumpy. They messed up on one hand and as you see it's very visible. I also got cut a few times. As I said the staff and lady doing my nails were very friendly. But this wasn't worth 60$ ."
"This was my third visit to Spa Nails, the manager seems new in the business, although she's friendly, one of her staff members was disrespectful to her when she informed them to keep the floor dry (which was wet in front of the pedicure loungers). The salon is somewhat new(less than a year). My attendant had no order in my service although, she was friendly, and that goes a long way with me. I plan to continue visiting."
"I had not gotten my nails done in 9 yeas After battling depression and PTSD after the loss of my husband! Red my new fingernail stylist was patient,caring,informative and helpful. Mrs. Tammy even discounted my service. I felt welcomed."
"They deserve zero and I should SUE them. I got lash extensions, acrylic nails and a pedicure done there. A woman named Linda used SUPERGLUE on my eyes. SUPERGLUE! I had my eyes closed during the installation but the fumes hit me the moment I opened them. They denied it that night. The next day I had a severe reaction and they ADMITTED to using superglue. I have proof via txt message. I went back and it took them over an hour to get them off using chemicals for nails. They only refunded me $60 of the $180 I spent there. I still have glue in my eyelashes. My nails are so thick and absolutely atrocious. I have picture proof of all of this. RUN FAR FAR AWAY!!!!!"
"Zero is what this place deserves. Nails all jacked up. Tech was really inexperienced. Explained to her exactly what I wanted. Did not meet my expectations based on the reviews. Had to go my regular tech in Columbus for a redo. Eyebrow tech nailed my eyebrows. Very satisfied. NEVER RETURNING. STICKING WITH MY TECH IN COLUMBUS."
