"Was delighted to find a LJS as all of ours have been closed for years. There was a small bit of confusion placing the order but that shouldn’t have made the girl at the counter treat me like she did right before we left. We both had the 3 piece chicken 2 piece fish platter. All I could taste was grease. I thought it was my imagination as we love LJS food but my daughter said the same thing. Went up to the counter to get a to go box. Girl was talking to the guy in the kitchen. He told her to see what I wanted . When she turned around her smile completely vanished and she just stood there and stared at me. I asked her politely if I could have a to go box and one more sweet and sour. She just tossed everything toward me on the counter and never said a word. Did not feel welcome there and our leftovers got thrown in the trash. You couldn’t taste the food for grease. We will not go back to this location!"
"Went to get dinner for my family. Asked the girl for extra tartar sauce with 12 pieces of fish and got only three packs. Asked for extra crackling and didn’t get any of that. We live 6/7 miles from there and the manager asked were we coming back for tarter sauce… it should have been put in the bag"
"The service was already not good, especially during lunch! Cashier seemed bothered by customers patronizing your establishment. I finally was able to enjoy my lunch and to my surprise, no plasticware nor was both my sides in my box. I only ordered one meal, how hard is it to dbl check? Update: I also went online and made the same complaint, nothing came from that survey! Please stop asking customers to go to another site, knowing nothing is to be done! I reached out there before coming to google!!!"
"All the fried stuffs tasted only salty and greasy, no other flavor. The shrimp tasted the saltiest and old. The green bean was very mushy. The service was good, the food came out pretty fast."
