Dunkin'

"I rarely drink coffee. But whenever I do, I literally just get a caramel iced coffee. They never get it right and it's always bitter. I don't know why I even try anymore. I got 2 ice cubes in my poorly made ICED coffee. Waste of time and money."

"EVERY TIME I go to Dunkin’ doughnuts in Starke, they are out of hot sandwiches, doughnuts are limits to 2 kinds, and same with the bagels. Don’t they know they serve breakfast? The employees looks like their having a bad day. The owner needs to be made aware of this. They can make a lot more money if they have the supply."

"Something is askew at this location, I don't know what it is but it's something. I last came through in May and remember only being able to get a drink not food. Then, last week a sign was on the drive thru saying something about the employee being the only one there that day. Then, yesterday, I got a latte but wanted a bagel sandwich and was told I couldn't get hot food. I'm not sure what is going on, but like I said it's something."

"This place can get pretty backed up. But these guys are really good at getting the orders out while maintaining good customer service. Sometimes the lobby is closed, and sometimes you have to order on the kiosks, but the food is always good, and the coffee is great."

"Before I begin, I work retail full time and know its not easy. I never leave bad reviews but this was the most bizarre experience. We have been on the road for hours, just wanted to stop in for a quick bathroom break and to grab a few donuts. Went up to the door, no sign posted the lobby was closed but the door was locked. Another guy walked up and I said I think they might be closed, and he said no he was meeting someone here and they definitely weren't. 15 seconds later an employee comes and opens the door for him and let's me in. She and him go to a booth and literally start cuddling in the middle of the restaurant. Strange, but okay. I use the bathroom, the other lady working (very nice!) takes my order, I get my donuts and walk out. My mom was waiting in the car with our dog as I went in, and she goes in to try to use the bathroom. She knocks on the door, the girl with her boyfriend doesn't even walk over at first. She waited another 30 seconds and keeps knocking on the door and finally the girl stands up, shakes her head no. My mom walks back to the car, and as we're leaving my mom was taking a picture of the two sitting there to leave a review, and this girl just flips us off. 1. Put a sign up if your lobby is closed 2. Maybe don't keep people on staff who would rather snuggle with their boyfriend in the restaurant than do their job and flip off customers¿ Again, never write reviews because I get service work is hard and stuff happens, but this was the strangest thing and getting flipped off for it was just the cherry on top."
