In short order I had extremely friendly assistance, a very nice selection, and fair prices. I left in a nice pair of shoes that solved the problem. This is is an awesome store in every respect. Highly recommended."

"This store has ALL the brands you look for when shopping! Enjoyed my experience, and they really help you pick out great clothing for YOUR body type, this store has it together-this is high end shopping, these ladies/employees know how to help you, every store should have employees that can help a customer feel as if they have a personal shopper! These ladies did a fantastic job-attending to the customer! And even had the purchase ready for you to check out. I guess local residents have never been to a high end store where this is how you’re treated. It’s not overwhelming it’s perfectly normal! "To the older woman working in the shoe department you were and amazing and honestly the nicest, I felt horrible for you the way the front desk lady was speaking to you she was without a doubt the most unprofessional and just rude woman I have ever encountered, she made the people in line wait until she felt she was organized enough to proceed because according to her the other staff are not organized at all, then question the lady who was helping me on t he price, then when the lady was explaining to her the price she rudely cut her off and said I believe you I get it! If this is how your staff is treated I definitely won’t continue doing business with your store."

"I went to this store and received the WORST treatment ever. The place was full of employees that were extremely discriminatory! I had never felt so disrespected as when I went into this store. First of all, they continued to show me items that were on sale, instead of what I was asking for which were newer items. One of the employees literally said the sale rack would be “more attainable.” This definitely makes guest like myself feel that you are assuming I may not be able to afford your items simply because of my appearance or something of the sort. Then, as my friend asked for a sweater they proceeded in giving her 3X and said, “This should fit you. It would look great on someone like you.” I don’t think I need to explain how a comment like this would make someone feel. Furthermore, as I was leaving I found a piece I liked and it $5. I proceeded to pay with Apple Pay, and the signal in there was kind of like bad, so it did take a second to load, but then the employee says, “Do you have the $5 in your card, or do you think it’s trying to reject it so you won’t get an overdraft?” I proceeded to tell her that I definitely had the money, and just as I was saying that it loaded and my payment was successful. However, at that point I honestly regretted making the purchase at such a place with such distasteful, disrespectful, and discourteous environment. It is definitely a place that I would not return to nor recommend."
