"Meesha went above and beyond last night with her customer service skills. I had a purse and one of its handles came unscrewed on one side and I asked her to unscrew the other side to make it even. I asked her because she had such a nice personality. She said yes and got the job done. She really made my day! She was also really fast ringing up my friend’s shoes! Thank you so much!!"
"They were very rude and accused us of doing things we didn’t do. They are very rude and judging. There was a mess already there and they accused my children of making a mess when they didn’t. They came to me and they were very rude about the whole situation. I will not be buying any more shoes from them ever again"
"This is essentially the best place to buy shoes for selection and price. The problem you ask? The staff is either not fully trained or just don't know. A guy asked how he could see if a shoe is a wide on the box. The employee said look for a 4E. This is an Extra Wide, and. 2E is a Wide...which they have almost zero of. Also...THE AISLES!! Why is the center of the two middle aisles loaded with boxes??!!! You have 2 foot paths on either side of the boxes to walk. I had to just leave because there wasn't enough space for the 15 people trying to look. I know its a pain running to the back, but try to find another area for the extra boxes to be easily browsed without crowding the aisles with boxes.Major trip hazard."
"Good selection of shoes and some good sales. You are kind of left to fend for yourself and just periodically asked if you need help by a rambling associate. They do double check the shoes at checkout to make sure you get a pair which is a good thing as I have gotten a mismatched pair a couple of times before."
