"Called to verify that an item I needed was available. The website said that this store had them (the only store within one hundred miles of me to have any) so I asked for them by SKU # and was told they would put them aside for me. I drove the 90+ miles one way, to find they DIDN'T have them. What a waste of a day and half tank of gas!!"
