"This is by far the worst Krystal I have ever had the displeasure of visiting. Every time I have been here the staff is super rude and my order is wrong. I understand fast food service is demanding by nature but maybe find another line of work if you can't handle it."
"Oh how I love krystals but the service today was horrible! Customer service is just as important as the food to me and both were lacking today. The meat was barely on the bun, the fries were lukewarm and the sprite was flat! Krystals sprite is the best and that too to be lacking today just took the cake. Won't visit that location again. Zebulon road store or nothing!"

"Do yourself a favor and stay away. Multiple health concerns like watching the drive through employee handle money and food over and over or watching the line cool scratching her weave and handling food it was bonkers. Also the reason I had time to witness all this is because I was ignored at the counter until I gave up and was grossed out at what I witnessed"
