Einstein Bros. Bagels

"This is a compact foot print/Togo location. Think Subway layout. Young kids, not well trained or supervised. I was the only customer and they were struggling to coordinate between the person getting the bagels for me and the person ringing up the order in spite of being less than 5 feet from each other. It's because the girl on the register was on her phone. She has it hidden but I could see the screen lighting up and her looking at it. That's why I had to explain to her what I had ordered even though the other girl had already pulled the order. The tubs of cream cheese are in a self service fridge on the customer side, you have to hand the ones you ordered to the person behind the counter to add to your order. They hand you coffee cups at the register, you have to ask for a drink carrier that the cashier who just handed you the cups does not have, instead someone has to tell the person at the end of the line you need them. No common sense, no customer service, and a weird workflow. Also drink stoppers for the coffee cups are not at the coffee station in spite of this being a Togo location (there is no seating). I'll just go to Publix next time and grab everything I need, it's less painful than dealing with the "customer service" or lack there of."

"Painfully SLOWWWW SERVICE. I placed my order online for ASAP, arrived 15 min later. I still didn’t get my food for another 25 min, and to top it off our sandwiches were cold when we got them. This needs to improve if you plan to keep any returning customers for such a newly opened business."

"Great atmosphere to sit and eat. Quiet and kid friendly and free wifi. The Texas brisket and Veg out are both amazing (I add everything seasoning and the Chipotle aioli to my veg out- fantastic!) Service is always fast and efficient and they remember you and greet you warmly!"

"First, welcome. We wanna like you. I promise. Just stop being weird. My nova lox is served open-faced. Fixing on each side. NOT served like a bagel sandwich. Also, please step up your pastry display selection. Fall in line with your corporate name, please. I do not like your current iteration/style of Einsteining. Your only goal for 2024 should be chain product consistency. Ok? Great staff though! Happy New Year. #onward"

"My Daughter and I love Einstein Bros, we order delivery often to our house in Flowery Branch (The best Cinnamon Rolls)!!….. anyway, we discovered that one would be opening soon across the street from our jobs, I work in sales at a dealership over here and she works at one of the banks…….we were very excited and rushed over, walked in, no warm reception, everyone was staring, I spoke first, and I don’t remember if he thanked us or not but, I wouldn’t be surprised if he didn’t. The people behind the counter didn’t look pleasant either, one barely made eye contact and the guy did not!!!!, I don’t think corporate or the higher ups would appreciate a bad review during a grand opening at a new location."
