"What is wrong with y'all?! Franchisee, do you not care about profit or your company? You have a location in what could be and should be one of the most profitable in this area. Right next to spaghetti junction. Why do you not oversee your management team and make sure they aren't messing up the food on a regular basis. I love Wendys. I live two minutes from here and I will drive 10 to 15 minutes out of my way to go to a better Wendy's. Why? Cause y'all don't care. Be better."
