"They need a new attitude in the drive thru for sure and WAY TO EXPENSIVE TO EVEN GET A SMALL COFFEE AND DONUT FOR MY SON IT WAS 15 DOLLARS LIKE WOW PEOPLE THE DRINK WAS EVEN OFF IN THE FLAVORING AND TASTE KINDA OLD OR SOMETHING BUT MY SON HAD NO COMPLAINTS ABOUT HIS STRAWBERRY SPRINKLE DONUT LOL"
"I just got a hot coffee at the drive thru. The lid wasn't on, not even partially. It was just sitting on top. You know what this means? Hot coffee spilled all over me and my car. The person at the drive thru watched it happen and just stared at me. She didn't apologize, she didn't offer me any napkins, she didn't offer another lid...nothing. She just stared. If I wasn't wearing long sleeves (which are now stained with coffee), I could have been seriously burned. At least they're located near the hospital for anyone who gets burn wounds from the drive thru..."
"5 stars if you want to witness the owner (aka Karen) screaming at someone in the drive through and then proceed to scream at two customers and making a fool of herself over two dollars (and yelling at her employee). You can scream “this is my store” all you want but it won’t be your store for long with the way your treat your customers. My food was good and so were the donuts. And while I do enjoy a little drama, it’s a little too early at 9am to be having a screaming match lol"
