"I ordered a hot coffee with cream. As soon as I pulled away I took a sip of freezing cold coffee that tasted so old. You could order the same drink ten times from this location and it will taste different every time."
"First time we came here they couldn’t make any “coffee related” drink because they were out, second time I waited in the drive through for 20 minutes to be rudely told “drive through closed.” I tried to pull up to the window and explain I had my dog with me and couldn’t come inside but I got shooed away then ignored. The customer service is the worst I’ve ever experienced."
"Location is absolutely terrible! Manager useless. Obvious that associates need additional training. One wonderful associate pleaded with me to give them another chance. She was awesome, but I doubt if that happens since it took me two years to get over my last bad experience with them. Different team with same results. Lots of time and patience required when visiting this location."
