"Can here to pick up an Uber eats order, and i arrived at 820pm, and the young lady working did not even acknowledge me at all in the drive-through since the doors were locked. She proceeded to clean up and look at me in the drive-through even as I waited behind another car. Needless to say, the customer service level here is at an all-time low. I will not eat or accept any orders from here."

Ms. Greene goes above and beyond to serve the needs of her ‘family’…yes FAMILY because that is how she treats you when you walk in the door! Ms. Greene is a breath of fresh air and living proof that people can make a positive impact on the lives of others regardless of where you encounter them. I cannot praise Ms. Greene enough and I am truly blessed to have her bring a ray of light into my life whenever she is working!!"

"I truly enjoy coming here my drinks are usually made to perfection. I ordered a latte today that I really did not like it was not flavored enough and the staff remade it without any issues. The staff was quick, respectful and helpful. Thank you to everyone who helped me."

"I went to Dunkin donuts yesterday around 130pm. I went inside with my daughter. I ordered a mango pineapple refresher. I sat and waited almost 20 minutes for my drink. These girls never made my drink. When I asked for a refund because I had been sitting so long. The girl at the register says hey guys don't make that mango pineapple as if they where just getting to it. I haven't had a feeling like that in a while. I felt over looked. I will NEVER return."

"This location either gets your order perfect, or totally wrong for your liking. My macchiato this morning was EXTRA strong (and yes, I know they are originally supposed to be strong). The staff has been nice most of the times I've visited. I'm not sure if the new company policy is to only do one shot of syrup unless specified, but they used to do 3 shots per drink when you asked for flavoring. I had to come home and make my own liquid sugar so it was drinkable. After that it was okay. Update: My iced macchiato this morning was much better than the last !! I definitely don't recommend actual food from Dunkin'. Got a bacon & cheese biscuit this morning, it was honestly awful (it's originally frozen food that they just warm up for those that don't know). Stick to the donuts and coffee!! Update (11-07): I am OBSESSED with the new brown sugar cookie cold brew !! It is delicious. I also got hash browns, and those weren't bad either. Probably the best food item on the menu, other than the donuts of course."
