"Okay. First of all , let me start by saying I love dunkin' donuts over all over coffee shops to begin with. This is definitely one of my go to locations. I prefer the staff here over all other Duncan locations."

"Got two iced coffees and they had no cream or sugar. Then we got two orders of hash browns and one was so burnt you couldn't chew them while the other looked and tasted burnt but was mushy and undercooked? Then got a sausage egg and cheese and the egg literally looked watery like it wasn't actually cooked and was just thawed in the hot hold box. All the while the cashier was more interested in my dogs in the back seat than actually making sure the orders are edible. Not to mention we were the first of two cars in their line.. Didn't even bother trying to get it fixed because I figured the outcome would be the same. What a disappointing experience."

"I hate to leave this review but I really hope the owner will see this and make the appropriate changes because this business is so close to my home and I love their customer service. I usually order a large hot coffee and specifically ask for 3 cream and 5 sugar and a bacon, egg, and cheese bagel. Well my coffee almost always tastes like there’s zero sugar in it and my bagel tastes like it came out of the toaster / oven way too soon. Like it was barely in there to warm up."

"I would give 5 star to the employees. They are professional & understanding. Their service was great every time. My issue is the owners. Super cheap and dishonest. The bagel comes with very little cheese. It also seems old and chewy every time. I paid for a 2 shots of espresso they only give me one (not employee fault, i saw with my own eyes the owner was not letting them add enough) even though i paid for double. I feel sorry for the employees they have to deal with that."

"Horrible service. My two kids and I walked in at 3 PM on a Monday afternoon. There was no one in line in front of me. There was no one in line behind me. I stood there for 10 minutes while a employee walked by at least 15 times without acknowledging or saying hello. After several minutes the only acknowledgment I received, was asking to use the kiosk to order. The kiosk was not operational. I observed 3 to 4 employees walking around taking drive-through orders and not a single one looked up to acknowledge me is it because of the color of my skin? A fair skinned lady walked in and got in line after me. Seconds later, both of us were waited on. However, my order was completed after her order because I wanted a dozen and she only wanted two individual donuts. Don’t waste your time or money here. go to donut King. Their donuts are better and their service is 100% better."
