"I went in last weekend for my birthday and ordered chicken sandwich and fries. I haven't had Chilis in years and this experience reminded me why. The fries were not good at all. My son had Mac n cheese but it was Kraft Mac n cheese from the box. His chocolate milk was just water and chocolate with absolutely no thickness to it. It was not milk at all. Our waitress was great but the food was not enjoyable."
"Not the best experience I've ever had at a Chilis. Some sort of mix up with who our server was supposed to be . Waited almost 30 minutes before someone even took our drink order , by that time , we just ordered our entire meal . Drinks didn't come until our food came , so by that time almost an hour before we even got out drinks . Chips were stale and cold. Other than food was good and fresh . Server was nice , but overall service was not"
"My margarita chicken was not great - the chicken was hard and apparently over cooked. Everything else was fairly good though and our server was wonderful."
"I love Chili's and have never had a bad experience until last night at the Lilburn location. We stood in the lobby for several minutes before anyone ever spoke to us to be seated I ordered the skillet queso and broccoli well done. The skillet queso looked like someone had eaten half of it and when I complained about the barely quarter cup that was in the skillet I was told that serving sizes have changed and to get more would take 40 minutes because it was frozen. Broccoli almost didn't come out and when it did it was burnt. After sending two things back the manager never even checked to see what was wrong. We will never go back to this location and if the portions have been cut in more than half and the price is the same I will not ever be going back to any Chili's."
