"I sent my son to get me a 3 pack because I knew the hot light would be on. He confirmed it was on but when he arrived with my donuts, they were cold as ice!!!! He didn’t have a long drive because I live right down the street. This isn’t the first time this has happened. I’ve been given cold donuts before and noticed it when I got in the car and brought them back in to exchange for hot. The person who took the donuts said,” oh you wanted hot donuts?” I couldn’t believe it!!! The hot light is on and you question if I wanted hot donuts opposed to cold?!!! Another lady walked back in and said she was given cold donuts also. Smh. I called the manager and she acted very nonchalant. Very poor customer service. She said well ma’am your son can just come back up here and exchange them. He had already left my house though. Either way it’s wasting gas and should’ve been correct the first time! This location sucks!!"
"Very friendly and helpful staff. They seemed very tired but still made sure all customers were taken care of. Place is clean and has at least two entrances so it’s easy to get in and out. It’s always fun watching donuts made too. Was so excited we almost dropped our donuts. Definitely the best place for classic glazed donuts."
"It’s too early for the manager to have an attitude this morning. The poor service is offputting. I come here weekly to treat my corporate office staff and have not had a good experience with this staff yet. Neither do they have the donuts that are posted from week to week."

"I am visiting from out of town expecting to get the same quality I get from my local KK and the Quality of these $17 donuts has gone down at this location, they don’t care to even properly ice the donuts anymore and are frequently out of stuff or not making things that any other KK would stock all day. No quality checks are being done at this location and the lemon filled hardly has lemon in them anymore just a bunch of dough. They have to do better. I called and was offered a refund or another dozen. This does not fix the issue at this location. These donuts should be made to the higher standard for everyone spending their hard earned money on them"
