"Awesome stuff for not much money when you want to spend less than 20 bucks this is where to go"
"They older women who may be management is a little snobbish or faux. And they aren't helpful with the changing rooms..like making sure the doors close properly. You know that the employees hang the clothes and such ON the doors onto the hanging mount.. that they themselves put on the door. Highly over priced for poor quality clothing and accessories. The only Decent brand is some of the Zenana clothing. The price is in the name...10. The place has gone down hill over charging for these items. They buy these for maybe $100-$500 for 100 pieces. I checked out the sites they go to. I could understand maybe charging $15-$20 but not anymore/ higher."
"To the bigger girl behind the counter, as a fellow bigger girl just remember we may be fat but we still have ears and it’s such a shame how you were smack talking customers while we were trying to shop. I hope you learn kindness because the clothes are cute but your bitter heart sure is ugly"
"Was gifted an item bought at another location. Went to return it and ended up buying something. This experience was great, everyone was so nice and checked on me often while I browsed. I decided to return both items, as one did not fit and I could not make myself love the other. This visit was polar opposite and really just left a bad taste in my mouth. The girls were not friendly. The person who I assume is a manager rolled her eyes and just had very rude expressions when I answered why I was returning the items. I wasn't a previous customer, and I only walked in to initially return the gifted item. Their clothes are not true plus size, they are cheap, and the customer service is clearly hit or miss. I really don't see what the hype is about."
