"Went the Woodstock 92 location to order a sandwich and coffee and they said they were not serving food because there was a long line in the drive through and they were understaffed. All she had to say was it will take a while for food. Never have I ever been allowed to not do my entire half of my job because I'm busy and understaffed... I would have understood..."
"I visited the Dunkin in Towne Lake earlier this week. I must say I was highly disappointed. I ordered a sourdough breakfast sandwich extra toasted and an order of hash browns. Sandwich was barely even toasted and the hash browns were greasy. Manager Amy handled my order and could have cared less. Couldn’t even scan my apps for points and said you have to call customer service. Certainly poor service from the food and service. And YES I reached out to customer service who did care!"
"Took almost 4 minutes to get service. It was late night, the store was empty except for one customer. Once I got service everything went smoothly. I guess they felt comfortable with me waiting. My coffee was good and the Uber Eats order was prepared timely."
