"I Went through the drive thru at 8:51am Wednesday morning to order and the guy who was taking orders was being impatient and kept huffing and puffing as if I was taking too long when all I said was I needed a 2nd to order. I drove off and don't even want to return. Why be rude?."

She was too busy yelling about what kind of men she liked and questioning "why these B-words keep hating on me". It was labeled on the drink and I asked her politely twice. Oh, and she forgot my bagel too and after looking on my receipt she overcharged me. I didn't ask for a refund because I did not want to start a altercation. Please do better!!!"
"This Dunkin need to get rid of the entire staff and start over. The service here is horrible the drinks are horrible and then when you say something about it they act like your the problem. So instead of remodeling the outside put that energy in the inside and get better staff."
"I ordered a large mocha with almond milk and sugar and I got a medium amount of coffee in a large cup. No milk at all and no sugar. And the girl through the drive-thru window kept repeating back the wrong coffees when we tried to order."
