"Went here to get 2 coffees with creamers from the drive-through. The woman who took our order literally was talking to someone else as we were trying to get her attention over the intercom. She answered very rudely and sounded completely apathetic. She wrote down the order correct, but then when we were given the coffees, they were black. The young woman who gave us the coffees was not the problem, you could tell she was only doing what she was told to do, and she was nice and apologized when our coffees turned out wrong. We gave them back, she added the creamers. Took a sip and realized that there was sugar put into them. So the order went completely awry, and after looking at the reviews for this particular location, I can see why..."

"Hello to all the people who care about respect and customer service ! Hope you all are having a great day !! Let me tell you, worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been into when it comes to customer service ! Pictured is the woman who has no customer service or care for the people around her. I asked for my food to please be cooked fresh and 2 minutes later I’m handed my food so shocked as anyone would be I checked it. Even by taking a bite from a. Chicken nugget. It was dark brown in color, saturated in grease and chicken over cooked which told me the took already cooked nuggets, threw them in the grease for a bit and then called them fresh. This was verified later. So I informed the manager that my food was not fresh ( she argued with me ) for a bit, took the food and in Spanish told the cook to make it all fresh. Also heard her say, not 30 seconds , 4 minutes, he can wait and then laughed. Told her I didn’t mind waiting which shocked her because I understood every rude thing she tried to say without me knowing because I don’t speak Spanish, but I do understand a lot .so next I asked her name so that I could inform management and she replied, my name is none of your business, well ma’am it is my business, at least your first name is. So I took her picture so I have a way to verify who she is. Then she calls her boss, then calls the police ! Turned this all into a huge deal instead of just cooking it fresh from the start. Cops never came, and she decided to refund my money and kick me out for taking her picture because the police probably told her there’s nothing they can do. Wasted 30 minutes, and hopefully she loses her job because she doesn’t need to be dealing with the public"

"I complained about my food after coming through the drive through, assistant manager was very rude and also employee Austin came to my car to fight me. Management should be ashamed. Reported to customer care."

"Would not honor our survey coupon for a free sandwich. Restaurant was dirty. The gal cleaning up left a pile of dirt right by the counter where you order. She went in the rest room with her broom and was more concerned with her phone than cleaning. There was a mess of toilet paper all over the floor and the paper quality was so bad people must have dropped a lot as it kept tearing as you pulled it."

"Super dirty. The bathrooms are trashed and the toilets are sprayed with pee. The playground had trash in it. We literally just got my husband a coffee and let the kids play on the play place because we're on a cold, rainy road trip. It's Sunday and Chic Fil A is closed next door. This place isn't nice at all."
