"Literally my favorite F21 store in the Atlanta area."

"I have been shopping at Forever 21 for years & have loved this store, but today changed that for me unfortunately. Their customer service is quite literally trash. Most of the girls at the counter are rude. Walked up to an empty register where two girls were standing and I waited for them to acknowledge me, but they did not. I then said are you guys taking customers? I was honestly puzzled. I could barely even get my question out and they cut me off and immediately said “No ma’am” in a condescending way. Not even two minutes later, they took a customer that was right behind me. That will be my last time going into this store. There is no need to treat people, nonetheless customers, like dirt. If you’re going to hire people that are working at the front with customers, just make sure they’re decent enough."

"Didn't notice the item was defective until I got home that night. Tried to take back the very next day and the manager would not do a return or exchange, or even work with me at all. I had original receipt and everything. Nothing was worn. I had bought it the night before . The customer service was horrible. The manager was rude. They do make exceptions for some people, but they pick and choose who they want to help. The item was on sale when I purchased it, so the policy is no refunds or returns. You have to inspect your items thoroughly before purchase. Lesson learned."

"Is this store closed for good. Went last Monday and they were open per usual. Went Friday to make a return and the store was not open at 1pm. Only a sign on the door saying "Store Closed". Went back Sunday, same thing? Is this permanent?"

"Store does not open on time the mall opens at 11:00am they are still not open at 11.10am l saw someone walking around inside and asked if they were open and they ignored me! Will never spend my money here!"
