"if i could give the hiram location ZERO stars i would.. what kinda convenience store at 1PM on a week day speacially one that's at a busy intersection like this one? cannot break a $100 dollar bill!! i say to the cashier you're telling me you do not have enough change in the WHOLE STORE to break a 100? he says no.. so, i say whatever and as im walking out the door he goes pfffft!! and made some kinda comment towards me. i turn around and he says WUT!! a little advice for management. hire some REAL employees and not thugs! second, always have enough smaller bills on hand to make change. not being able to break a $100 dollar bill at lunch time on a week day? yeah.. not only is that uncalled for its weak on management's part."
"This is the newest RaceTrac in my area. There are several in a 1-2 mile radius. This store is always dirty. Trash on the floor, drink area is always missing cups and lids and nasty bathrooms. It really is a shame as I feel this should be the cleanest location. The manager is always behind the register and seems unconcerned about the state of cleanliness. His name is Rob!"
"Floor was absolutely disgusting coffee all over the floor food alll over the floor and the coffee station was a mess cream everywhere and trash all over the coffee station normally when I come to this race trac it’s clean but this time it was disgusting"
"I usually have a good experience at most Racetrac stores most of the time (with some exceptions), but this location is exceptional! Top-Notch! Always clean inside and out, the food quality is almost always better than most other Racetracs, and all of the employees I've ever encountered here are friendly, courteous, and helpful! To top it off, they have a large sheltered area on the side of the building with several tables, wall-mounted fans that can be turned on when it's on the warm side, free hi-speed wifi, and an outlet at each table with 2 standard plugins and 2 USB ports to plug your phone/ear buds/etc right in!"
