"Have been there many times because it’s in the neighborhood. Almost every time I ask myself why I came back. Extremely slow pumps with many not working quite often. Drinks may or may not be working. Rarely a friendly employee. But my biggest beef is ... when they give change, they “do not have pennies.” BUT...instead of rounding it in the customer’s favor, they round it in their favor. Today...my cost $1.81. I give $2.00 and get 15 cents change. When I asked, I am told they don’t have any pennies, but he can get me some if I want. Makes no sense...if you can get me some, then you have some!! And why did you just gain 4 cents instead of lose 1?? This happens all the time. I wonder how much their drawer is over every night and who gets that money?? I really need to listen to myself when I say I’m not going back. There are other places that only take a little bit more effort to go to."

"It's good to find something familiar when you move into an area and need that comfort of being familiar with something. We found a RaceTrac and it is very similar to our previous we used daily. It always has great coffee and roller grill items. I didn't see if they had Jalapeno flavor Pickles like our other did. Hope they do. Great loyalty program if you fuel up often at RT. The only thing I miss and we got spoiled on was our RT had a Drive thru. Yes, you could get anything from inside the store without ever leaving your car. Hope they someday put one here too."
