"Employees do not pay attention to what is being ordered. Every time I go, they have to come back with more questions for a simple order straight from the menu. I’m charged differently every time. It would just be better to drive to Rockmart or even Starbucks in Rome at this point."
"For the most part they are great! I do wish they would update their online menu with their actual store menu because they offer more items on their site than what they do in store. Other than that love them and conveniently located across from the office so makes coffee trips a breeze!"
