"Had to give stars to add my experience. They forgot to put my order in, and my husband was done eating 10 min or longer when my food had finally arrived. This place was not busy at all, or I'd understand a little. Guy came in way after us, and he had his food way before me. Needless to say, I will never go back to that location. Jackson and Gray got it going on if you want great food and service, no matter how busy they are, and they have a smaller staff, but they get it done. The only thing good is I didn't have to pay for my food."
"I would like to give this particular one a 0 star rating! The service was absolutely terrible! I had to wait over 15 minutes just to get an orange juice. We waited over 30 minutes to get our food and then it was only semi-warm and my grits were lumpy and didn't have any butter. But the cook and waitress were too busy playing on the phone and talking to each other to do their job. If I ever go back again and the same people are working, I will not be eating there! It was completely ridiculous!!!!"
