"Took 20 minutes to get order, people who came in after me got there order before me, was not busy, 2 in restaurant in line before me, only a couple of people sitting with meal or waiting. Love the food"
"I'm so disappointed with this location,after my last experience here,I shouldn't have returned,but I gave it another try and it was even worse. First of all they had me and several other customers waiting,I waited 30 minutes before my order was taking and secondly they were out of tomatoes,caramalized onions and peppers and thirdly they didn't fix neither sub right and the manager was there. On top of that the manager had sniffles and an employee did as well and the store wasn't clean,I'm really disappointed because I liked going to this location but I definitely won't return"
"All three subs were not right, the meatball was too salty and bearly any cheese, The ham and cheese was too much dressing and very little lettuce and three black olives, that's it My Philly cheese steak had no cheese at all, and I wanted lettuce, tomatoes, onion, black olives. All I got was four pieces of lettuce, two tomatoes, three onion four black olives"
"I love there subs they blow subway out the water but they are a little to pricey I think. I mean $19 for lunch is like really. But I guess you got to pay for the best"
"This might be the worst made sandwich I have ever had from Firehouse Subs! I ordered the brisket and cheddar and I got 1 slice of brisket inside the sandwich…. They basically sold me a $17 wheat roll with a thin slice of meat. Not only did I wait 15 mins for the food and I was the only order for the store, but this is what they made for me. I will not ever return to this location nor would I recommend anyone else going there."
