"Overall I'd say it was an alright experience. The atmosphere is great. There are a decent amount of tvs, a nice bar, and booths. The service and food however were lacking a little. Our server was very friendly and attentive, however the restaurant was just about empty and it took quite some time just to get our salads first. The burgers, while massive in portion size, were over-cooked for the temperature we requested and were missing flavor/ingredient balance. The buns were good though as they held up nicely. We could have just had an off experience, and maybe the starters and the bbq meats are where they shine, but given the price if you're looking for a quick burger I may look elsewhere."

"We got a card in the mail promoting their throwback rib prices ($9.99 for half/$14.99 for a full rack) and decided to give them a try. After walking into a near empty restaurant we were kindly greeted. They were out of the baby back ribs and had to substitute with the Danish ribs. They were tender, but had a gamey taste. Not bad for the price though. I usually can never finish a whole rack, but I ate these with ease. The service was friendly, but for the place being near empty we never got a drink refill. Get this special while it lasts. I hope business picks up though because they do have a nice interior and welcoming manager."

"December 27, 2023 we arrive at the restaurant about 2:10pm. We didn't get seated until 2:20pm. So I figured something was wrong, the restaurant was not packed and the hostess was in the back. Allow me to say kudos to the young lady for doing a great job hostessing, taking everyone's orders and making sure we were doing well. Our main dish did not come out until 3:00pm, and we placed our orders at 2:30. The food wasn't the best, nor was it the worst but I do understand because they were short staffed. The meat was dry and the potatoes were somewhat hard on the bonefire dish. The photos you see are the bonefire for 2, mini mag nachos and stacked baked potato and salad. Let me just say all items could have been better. With that being said, they were doing the best they could with the employees who were there and I greatly appreciated the apology from the staff. I might give them another try one day."

"I have never eaten food that is burn like this, it's really unhealthy and burn to black food like this is one of reasons of getting cancer. It's really unplesant to eat while elimnating the burn part of fish. Besides that, the sauce is very salty and the fish is not fresh and seems not marinated. I feel that I ate a boiled salmon. I don't think I want to come back."

"This visit had the opportunity to be a five star experience. We went to this restaurant for a birthday dinner. We tried a huge variety of their food and everybody was stuffed from trying everything. Everybody seemed very satisfied with the flavors and the variety. However, they desperately need to bring on more weight staff members and potentially extra kitchen staff. A great experience should not be affected because of a lack of customer service in the front of the house. That one aspect really soiled the entire experience overall. If you want to keep a packed house you have to take care of the customers. So every single time that they visit."
