"Service was FAST and FRIENDLY, food was delicious. Was a bit concerned at first cause it's ALL kiosks that only take cards, but luckily Chasity stepped up and took care of us! Even the big boss came to see if we were enjoying our meal. All the customers seemed to get in and out fast. Food was hot and fresh and so glad we stopped in!"
"This is the best Steak ‘n Shake I’ve been to in a long time!!! The food was fast, fresh and tasted delicious!! The milkshake was also on point!! The drink machine was different, I’ve never seen anything like that before. (Kinda cool) will definitely be going back. Also the workers there were super polite. Yall must have an awesome manager to run the way you do!!"
"the food is good. we had to clean off our own table. I don't understand why we are prompted to give a tip when we place our own orders, get our own drinks, have to clean off the table to be able to eat, pick up our own order, get our own drink and then clear our own table. is the tip only to prevent someone from spitting in our food."
"Update: looks like they have changed their style, it’s self-service now and u have to order at the kiosks and just seat yourselves. We haven’t visited for a long time so changes are understandable. The food is still good though. The korean guy is super sharp and got my order perfectly. So I am happy. We go here a lot. I got my onion rings and millshake too."
"The food was absolutely delicious. I have to say with some of the best steak and shake food I've had in a long time. That's where the good ratings end. The new whole self-serve thing at steak 'n shake makes it feel like you're out of cafeteria and you're not even at a restaurant. Now for the cleanliness it's absolutely horrible. There's so many people that were walking around the lobby trying to find a clean table and couldn't. The bathrooms were disgusting. There is trash everywhere. All the tables were dirty. The windows were dirty. There's dust and filth hanging from the ceiling. It's absolutely disgusting."
