"We went there today for a late lunch. They over filled out bag with large meals. I dropped the bag by mistake and ask that it be replaced. The white lady was no help when I told her all she said was and. I ask for replacement as they filled the bag to heavy she said and so we don't replace dropped food. I feel it was very rude and she has no customers service skills at all. Asked for a corporate number and was hung up on needless to say we won't come back ever.."
"I must admit that I do not go to Arby's that much just got tired of the hamburgers and fries and wanted something different. I can tell when I walked in the door that this wasn't going to be your normal burger and fry joint. I visited the restaurant around 5:30 or 6 pm on a Friday evening and I seen the manager on the front register, another lady on the drive thru, and one gentleman in the back make sandwiches for both sides, they were going to need some help. The manager would occasionally pop in the kitchen to help make sandwiches but you know what? This team had the best attitude about the situation I have ever seen. I guess they figure complaining wouldn't going to help the situation and it would only make matters worse. As you can see in the photo the health food score are wonderfully and the food is great. Everyone did what they had to, to make customer experience better although they were at a advantage."
