"Great food. Great service. Fair price. We love Arby's."
"First we pull up and no one says anything so we're just sitting in the drive thru, one car in front of us until we say "hello" into the speaker. Then in the middle of placing the order, the person taking the order talks over my wife before she can finish the order so by the time we get our food. She's rung us up incorrectly because she's talking more than she listens. It's an ongoing thing here in Macon and at Arby's. Please train people to listen so they can take the correct order and stop interrupting the customers. It's rude and unprofessional. This makes your job harder than what it has to be."
"I watched them make my order and somehow only half of it was fresh. One entire meal was stone cold and the fries were obviously old and dried out. Fast food costs too much to get cold, stale food."
"I ordered the roast beef and I guess the meat is processed but it was horrible and it smelled really bad. They advertise it as fresh roast beef but it taste like spam. The apple turn over was cold and hard...I would never eat from Arby's EVER again!!!!!"
