"I can’t be too upset that the drink tastes ok (honestly just way too many ingredients) just don’t understand why the employee Joniya couldn’t allow customized smoothies. I had to look for a drink that had somethings I was fine with to then add the things I honestly wanted only from the menu that had things I didn’t even want. Maybe its me if customizing from scratch isn't allowed but I think I’ll just try other smoothies kings that I’m sure won’t see that as incapable"
"Paid for medium but did not fill it up to the top. The other location in the town always fills it up to the top. I don’t understand why this is a new policy for just this location. The lady told me that there’s a line that they can fill it to, but there’s still leftover inside of the cup that they mixed it from, so It must have been too hard of an issue for them to fill up fully when paying $10 a cup"
"Smoothie king has a vegan Mango energy smoothie.. it is yummy. The drive through was fast. I had my smoothie in minutes and the gentlemen working was very knowledgeable and nice."
"I went to this smoothie king drive thru and ordered a 40oz strawberry kiwi breeze like I always do. So the cashier says that will be $16.07 so ok I pulled up to the window and paid the cashier for my smoothie. I got my smoothie tasted it the smoothie was completely bland no taste at all. The cashier was inexperienced and didn't know how to blend at all she remade it 3 time's and missed up all 3 time's so I said I want a refund she refused to refund me. So I tried to call the corporate office they would not answer the phone after multiple phone calls. BUYER'S BEWARE taste you product before you leave you just might have a inexperienced worker behind the counter."
