Red Lobster

"My family and I haven't ate here in years. We decided to give them another try and we're so glad we did. The service was professional and timely. The food was hot and delicious. The portions were enough to eat there and take home to enjoy for later. The staff here is amazing and I'm thankful we decided to give this Red Lobster another chance. We will definitely be back."

"Started off wonderful, but was immediately put on the back burner due to a large party that came in. A great time went left very fast. By time we got the 2nd round of drinks.we was ready to pay and leave. The food was amazing!! S/O to the cook Update 2/7 ….we returned for the Wednesday special. ToGo Order. Food was delicious. The cook(s) need a bonus…they putting their foot in it. 10/10"

"I called in an order and was told it would be ready by 5:50 pm. I arrived and checked in l at 5 :40. At 5:45, I received a text saying my food was on the way out. At 6:10 I called to see why I hadn't gotten my food. They said they hadn't been told it was ready. By the time I got it home 15 minutes later, it was all cold and unappetizing. I haven't eaten here in about a year because the dine in service and food had gotten so consistently poor that we stopped going. I hoped it would be better by now. It was not. The salt and vinegar shrimp looked well cooked, but the batter on the inside was still raw. The clam chowder had nearly no flavor. I had asked for extra tartar sauce since I ordered 4 types of shrimp. I got 2 tartar sauces and 2 Ranch dressings instead! No salad was ordered. Very disappointing meal. Very expensive lesson learned."

"I ate lunch there today for the first time. I had the Salmon Bowl with brussel sprouts, orzo, spring mix. The Salmon was the best I have had anywhere. The sides and cheese herb biscuits were served fresh and hot. The tea was also perfect. The service was great. Our waitress met us with a smile and checked on us often. I was very impressed with food and service. I will be back."

"Everything was going good until I got my bill and got charge $4.29 for a Boston tea mango.I found out how much it cost .when I looked at the bill on my email. The waitress didn't tell us the price until I made a complaint with the manger.Also the price wasn't on the list.Because the waitress grab a menu and said to us you must didn't see it on the menu. Then she saw it and the price isn't on there.Thats when I asked the manager how must a regular tea cost and said 3dollar change.I just looked at her. Me and my guest just walked away,Because the manger looked like she didn't care . I had taken a friend out for her Birthday.We order 2 of the lobster & shrimp meals for $20.00"
