"Fantastic experience! I moved to Brown’s after a lackluster experience with two other eye centers in Macon. The staff is friendly, helpful and efficient. I called and made an appointment and they fit me in quickly when a cancellation came up prior to my scheduled appointment. During the visit, I was barely through completing the paperwork and they were already calling me back for my exam. They walked me through my insurance, picking out my glasses, and fitment. Glasses even came in earlier than expected. I have zero complaints, and nothing but compliments for this business and location."

When I arrived to my appointment I was taken back right away and did not have to wait. It is a busy office but the staff is very efficient. Top notch customer service. I will definitely be back!"
