"Just hung up with someone (receptionist ?) from this office and had to immediately write this review. The website guided me through a series of questions I would assume to see whether I’m a good fit. I expected a call to talk me through the practice, what they do there etc. on a positive note I got a call almost immediately HOWEVER that lady had NO “bed side” manner - not sure how else to describe it. She was direct and to the point - book an appointment. So I said well I wanted to find out more at which point she proceeded tot tell me well Dr x is $xxx for the visit and Dr Y is $xxx; we do not take insurance. I’m all for efficiency but geez, as a woman going through peri menopause I also want my doctor (which includes my experience with the receptionist) to be thoughtful engaging and supportive. Unfortunately this practice won’t be it for me :("

"I was referred to Body Logic by a friend. I called to schedule and was told I had to prepay -$299 before anything could be done. I did so. She told me a lab kit would be sent to me with specific instructions. I went to my gyno appt 3 days after I had paid the money to Bodylogic. My gyno said they could get me a RX for my menopausal issues. I called Bodylogic to get my money back since I've done absolutely nothing with them yet except talk to someone on the phone and they will not refund my money. Beware!!! If they treat you like this before you step in the door, what will it be like once you are a patient? Yikes! UPDATE: AFTER POSTING THE REVIEW, THEY CREDITED MY ACCOUNT!"

"I have been a patient of Dr. Karen Weldon for 6 years. I sought out a specialist the day I started having menopausal symptoms. Working with a physician 20 years ago who got certified in Bioidenticals and came upon Dr. Weldon. The staff is always so professional and accommodating. Dr. Weldon listens and is extremely supportive and knowledgeable about hormones. Although the service is not covered by insurance, and is very expensive, there is no price to pay for the hormonal imbalance and the challenges it adds to relationships. Testosterones pellets are miracle workers. My hormones were so out of balance and bioidenticals are truly a game changer. I am 56."

"I have heard great stories about the clinic & was looking forward to becoming a new patient but on my first visit the receptionist made it appear as if I was not welcome she refused to answer any questions she pushed a card in my face to hurry me out. When I received a return call to set my appointment she kept bringing up the $499 & $299 fees as if I couldn't pay it the lady up front needs to find happiness. I will take my service else where."
