"Drive thru today. Meridith handed me my venti hot coffee. When I grabbed it I said to her that it seems really light? like not full. She then says “o I’m sorry that’s my coffee that I was drinking”.Are you serious!!!??? I am beyond livid at this point. Absolutely disgusting and inexcusable. The thought that I could have unknowingly drank out of a strangers cup has me horrified!!! I will be reaching out to corporate and dept if health."
"Helping my daughter move to Macon. We have been going to Starbucks daily. Decided to go to the closest one to her new location and it was this one on Forsyth Rd. I have never experienced any type of racist attitudes in a Starbucks before. I prefer to order on the app, but my daughter insisted we walk in as it was empty. So we walk in and might as well have been invisible. No one said a word. Then a couple of white people came in and everyone in the store came alive and said "Welcome to Starbucks" and someone came to the counter immediately to take their order. We hadn't even realized where to even place our order because everyone appeared to be busy. Needless to say no coffee from that Starbucks ever."
"I've only been to this location once and it was bad enough that I won't go back. The one guy working his butt off making drive-through and mobile orders was great. The other three employees (including who I believe was the manager) standing around, not doing anything were... well, I have no words. Worst Starbucks I've ever been to."
