"I remember this store being sooooo amazing a few years ago. Two weeks ago I went to get my daughters ears pierced at 4pm and they had a sign that said they were on break until 6 WHEN THEY CLOSE. So we waited the two hours hoping to see someone and they just never came back. We went again today and they had a handwritten sign stating that they were opening at 2pm and exactly at 2pm this work comes out and flips the sign and says something along the lines of “my husband has a medical emergency”. When we could tell she was there the entire time because the gate wasn’t completely closed; it was open at the bottom. It just seems like she didn’t want to open the store. It’s really sad because we don’t know if they are ever open. No one answers the phone. It’s a shame that there’s not a Claire’s at the highlands cause it’s not run well in the mall."
