YO PLAY:

"They were nice, very nice. But they messed up my wifes hair. We went in and my wife knew one of the workers but was scheduled with another so my wife let her friend cut her hair, it was wispy bangs that she wanted and she got severely uneven straight bangs she also wanted her hair to be layered and the girl didnt do that. My wife is very self conscious about her hair and is having breakdowns because it's not what she wanted and we can't find another shop that will fix her hair. It was the younger girl with black hair. We do not recommend her the shop may be good but she messed up."

"I was an impulse walk-in last Saturday looking for a shampoo, trim and blow-out. Shannon was able to fit me in within 10 minutes. She gave me a great shampoo, trimmed 2" as I requested, and did a simple blow-out. Instead of looking like an elderly Swifty when I left, I looked like ME, except better! Thank you, Shannon. We'll do color next!!"
