"My two daughters and myself went to get our nails done for one of their birthdays. My one daughter and I decided to just get regular nail polish with me getting acrylics and letting the Birthday girl getting the full work up and design she wanted. They asked if I was okay with the extra design for her birthday I said that was fine. When I mentioned myself and my other daughter was just getting regular polished the employees immediately started talking about us and making jokes. The lady that was doing my nails apparently didn't think I understood her when she called me cheap and poor and I looked at her telling her I wasn't as poor has she was making me sound she was a bit surprised. She then kept asking the guy who was working on the design how he was doing and still stating I didn't want to spend the money or couldn't afford it. Once he said 60 I looked at her and said I knew it was going to be that or more but it's her birthday! I also told her I was very disappointed how she came off thinking we were so poor because I wanted regular polish for my youngest and not gel. I also let her know how uncomfortable she made us and how unprofessional it was. It's a shame because I use to go there for Manis and pedis a lot back in the day (my husband would get me gift cards for Christmas) and I loved watching the updates in the store. But she obviously didn't care, said she would check us out and walked away We will not be back there again."

"Nails came out looking messy and rushed. Had to ask for three of my nails to be fixed because they were put on crooked. Sister’s nails came out messy and not what she wanted at all. Other sister was straight up denied by one of the nail techs."

"I got my nails done February 15th and I know when u take pictures I that u can't replicate the picture but this was done poorly & very rushed and definitely not worth 71 bucks! I had a play I had to get to, so I couldn't really stay to try & get it fixed. But this is sloppy. I'd like to have them fixed. Definitely won't be returning."

"Some of the works are really good and nice. I had an older man, in many peoples opinion they said my nails looked like a child did them. He was not friendly and blamed me for his mistakes and would not let me get shorter nails, claims he couldn’t do it."
