"Trying to rent an apartment here is totally a waste of time, for starters when you go to the little office located on the property there is never anyone around to talk to or even a phone number for their business located on the office. After talking with a resident there I finally got a contact number to call to look at an apartment. When calling this number I was told this was not the number i needed to call and was given directions to the rental office in Radford VA. I drove to the other office and filled out an application, but it seems to me they would allow you to at least look at an apartment to know weather you would want it or not before wasting your time there. After filling out the application I was then given the original phone number I had to start with and was told I would know something in a day or two and that I could call the first phone number back to look at the apartment. I NEVER received a return call to look at an apartment after leaving two messages and tried several times to reach this person, (never an answer) Also Never received a return call from the manager regarding the apartment after being told I would know something in a day or two , even called the manager back and left message and still no return call. Trying to rent here would be a waste of time and extra money for gas."
