"I called and asked if there were any availability. The individual that I spoke to was rude and didn't offer to look into it. They proceeded to immediately tell me that there is no availability and hastily got off the phone."
"Was excited to be able to move there however, that excitement turned to anxiety and fear quickly! There are people living there that have not paid rent in 20 years even after sharing with management that they were receiving 4 checks per month. These same folks could make all the noise they wanted and disturb as many people as they wanted…said they could have anyone evicted that they wanted because of their relationship with the owner! After calling the police after being assaulted I was given a moving notice which was retracted. I lived in fear that I would be assaulted by these same people again. Rules are made to be obeyed by everyone and not a select few and should be enforced by the management. This is the most discriminatory place I have ever lived. I would not recommend Maple Garden Apartments to anyone! I had water in a bedroom and called the manager and it took a month to get someone to check it out and repair the ac unit. I was told that the black on the wall and in the carpet was not black mold but I am sure it was. Just the most uncaring management. Terrible complex!"
