"This company double charged me for my appointment so when i asked for a refund they made it a big deal when it was there mistake they said my refund would be back innabout 10 days it still didnt come then they wanted to play games about my money when they were the ones who double charged me then they tried to use it for my appointment when they shouldve just sent my dam money. finally after calling again almost 3 weeks they sent my money. This isnt right at all I wont be using thriveworks after my last appointment. Straight thieves.again you guys charged me.. you guys r nothing but thieves and need to be taken down. Dont go through this company they will steal from you."
