"She is a wonderful person that listens and has a great way of getting things off your mind. It is great to do tactile things other than talking including reading and breathing that can get your mind relaxed by those if us with anxiety and trouble concentrating. Imhi she is a great therapist!"

"Rita wasn't a good fit for me as a therapist, but that doesn't mean she wouldn't be for someone else. I just wasn't interested in doing breathing exercises and drawing pictures. But I'm writing this review to warn people that she may be overcharging them. When I went, she told me that my copay with Capital Health Plan is $40 (the amount that my card says next to "specialist"). When I went to a different therapist, my copay was $20, and I was told that is the copay for everyone with CHP. Four months later, I received the breakdown of benefits from my insurance from my session with Rita, and sure enough, my copay was supposed to be $20, not $40. I write this because she clearly takes her time to bill the insurance company, and I don't want anyone to go that long being charged double what they are supposed to. Do your research going in so you know exactly what you are supposed to pay. Cost is already such a barrier to therapy for many people, and she should do better to ensure she isn't making it worse."
