"I would never use this company again. We were the buyers on a piece of property that had a tenant on it. We told Garret we would give 60 days for the tenant to move. Garrett assured us that the tenant understood and would leave. 90 days and an eviction notice later, we are having to go through a court process. If Garrett had put it in the contract, things would have been done by now. Seller's got their money, castles and creek got their money and we are still spending to try and get access to what we paid for."

"I am a first-time-ever buyer from 2,000+ miles away. I found the property I was looking for (zillow) and contacted C&C as the listing agency. I had ZERO idea how to purchase a house, aside from what I could research on the internet. From the first minute Becky was gracious and helpful! "Very shady. Unknowledgeable. Have no idea what they're doing. My lender was telling me to tell my realtor how to do her job because this agency kept telling us wrong information about the home buying process. Became very confusing and did not realize how bad it was until I worked with a different professional large company. Contracts look like they were printed off a website and xeroxed a thousand times. Wasted alot of time and money working with this agency. Go somewhere else. Wish I would have never contacted them."

"No star should be the option for this review. The broker and agent are clueless about real estate law, negotiation, sales, and closing. The whole experience in purchasing a home was miserable while working with this firm. Both broker and agent were unable to keep the buyer informed during the sales process and could not negotiate a reasonable close process. This firm should not be considered by anyone who wants to sell, or purchase a home. You will be wasting your time and money! Choose a reputable real estate agent and company who will get the job done - this one will not and you will hear nothing but excuses!"
