"We've stayed here a few times and it was better. I must say, my room was dirty. It didn't even appear that a vacuum had been run through my room between me and the former guest. Sticky spots on counters, faint smell of smoker in the air. Not good. Lady at the front desk was very nice and did follow through with an email so I have to say this was the best part. I don't love the location either, nothing around you unless hanging out at Lowe's is your thing."

"Had to write this review just because the staff was immensely kind and warm! Felt very welcomed! We were greeted by Courtney( hope I got the name right) late at night when we reached. She had been there for 11 years so that reflects on how she really loves what she is doing! Not every hotel staff is this amazing! Then in the morning the wonderful lady taking care of breakfast was also very sweet. Loved my stay here. We went from NC to catch the snow and the views of the snow from our window was a delight!"

"All Hampton are great but this one is particularly super. Conveniently located by major highway so It’s an easy off and on as you drive through the area. The staff has always been extremely helpful and provide great customer service. They are flexible with your needs. The lobby and common area was clean and neat portraying it is well kept. Housekeeping is a great fun group and goes out of their way to accommodate customer needs. I had a strong Wi-Fi signal everywhere. I highly recommend staying here. You will not be disappointed."

"very nice hotel, looks very new....very clean and quiet. Our digital keys did not seem to work, but that was minor. Manager who checked us in made sure we had a room near an exterior door so our old dog wouldn't have far to go to get out side, very nice."
