"Me and my wife both got screwed over by Thrive works on different occasions. I had a session scheduled with my counselor for our first official session after our consultation at 1pm. I stayed on zoom for 15 mins and she never joined so I hung up. I then received a call from a 1-800 number but i didn’t answer because i don’t answer 1-800 numbers. She left a voicemail apologizing saying she was late because she was on the previous session at my scheduled time. She said she could meet with me at 2pm so to give her a call so I called the 1-800 number back but she didn’t give a an extension so I waited to try to talk with someone to get in touch with her but waiting on hold for 50 minutes and no answer. When I had a consultation with her i asked her to send me a email so I could have her email on hand just in case I needed to get in contact with her and she never sent the email. I was then charged $135 for a no call fee from my counselor and when I called thriveworks they gave me the run around for days and then told me that they would not be giving me my money back."

She made me feel comfortable within my decision and wanted to find the right person to help me with my journey. I even cried a little because of relief. Usually when cry it is something serious. She takes careful notes on you, you don’t have to tell her twice about something happening in your life. She remembers everything. She has helped me so much. She’s always on time, never makes you wait and gives you extra time if you need it. Stephanie is truly one of a kind. She also gives you REAL advice that you can actually put to use immediately.
