"I love my treatment team!! They are freaking amazing!!! I’ve been with my current team since January 2023. I wouldn’t (voluntarily) trade them for all the currency in the U.S. Mint! I adore my NP’s, Latina Heard, sentient approach concerning medication. She is particularly perceptive of my stance on taking psychotropic medications; always taking steps to insure adequate information is provided and I have ample opportunity to research each suggested medication to make an educated and secure decision. Dr. Leslie M. Walters is by far THEE BEST LPC I’ve worked with since starting my mental health journey 12 years ago! We have been able to accomplish more together in these past ten months of treatment than ALL of my other clinicians across all therapeutic platforms COMBINED by shedding a bright light and putting words to my experiences and being an “optometrist” to succor me seeing copious and various truths concerning my life! [Even though I believe I am her most acute and problematic client due to my traumas and me learning how boundaries work] She is superlatively patient, compassionate yet also direct in her approach(es). Her impact has been AND IS Michelin Star Top Shelf!!! Even though I have rare and severe comorbid symptoms and diagnoses they aren’t yet familiar with, they have been so willing to learn with me how to navigate through life with these issues and the best modalities and approaches to treat me. I AM IMMENSELY APPRECIATIVE & ADORE THESE PHENOMENAL WOMEN ON MY TREATMENT TEAM!!!!!!!"

"I was very excited to work with Thriveworks. My current psychiatrist was not great, and the organization was horrible to work with. But I was very mislead, the scheduler/receptionist was very kind and helpful so I expected good things from Thriveworks. I had my first appointment, spoke with the doctor for about 30 minutes and then was told they could not help me because I experience hallucinations. If you experience hallucinations, psychosis, or have been hospitalized, they WILL NOT HELP YOU!!!! They also do not prescribe stimulants, which is fine and I was made aware of, but for anyone who is currently taking stimulant medications or in need of it, they will not help you even if it's already been prescribed by a different doctor. I'm sure Thriveworks has helped many people, but I guess I was too mentally ill for them to help me. Ask the scheduler if they'll treat your symptoms before wasting your time and money on an appointment. I will never use this company, and this experience has discouraged me to ever see a psychiatrist again. I have used many different organizations and seen multiple different doctors and none of them have helped me, and this experience solidified my disappointment and honestly, hatred, for psychiatrists."

When I called to make an appointment, the customer service rep asked me a set of questions to help pair my husband and I with a person who would be best suited for our marital needs. We have had a great experience with Ashley and she is so relatable and eager to help with a willingness to listen."
